Another unique touch found in our restaurants are our elegantly-bound, limited-edition cookery books with a personalised cover for each restaurant, a gift from our members to their friends and guests.
The first cookery book was published in 2010 and is a compendium of recipes for all our Buon Ricordo specialities, showing you both how to prepare the dishes, the history behind them and those little secrets that make them unique, all those curiosities that transform food into a cultural tradition. Our second edition, published in 2011, is dedicated to first courses: soups, pasta, risottos and much more, with each restaurant contributing a recipe. The third, to be published in 2012, is dedicated to the recipes each restaurant has created in homage to the anniversary of the Unification of Italy. The cookery books, as well as the Guide, are also available on line from this site (Italian language option only).
