Misto di pesce all’acqua pazza

The steeples and the majolica tiles of the roof of Stephansdom are portrayed in the background of the “Buon Ricordo” plate. First of all, a rich profusion of fish as required by the acqua pazza recipe! Sea bass, king prawns, anglerfish, squids, clams, and mussels are combined in a casserole with tomato, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley. A typical dish of the Mediterranean cuisine!
