This famous Neapolitan recipe is proudly prepared even on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Fish of the day, preferably red scorpion, is cooked in a casserole with a sauté of tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, and capers. It’s served on large slices of toasts with a generous dash of extra-virgin olive oil.

The name of the restaurant underlines the beautiful panorama with the spectacular suspended bridge in the background, portrayed also in the Buon Ricordo plate. The location is very pleasant and has a patio. The cuisine is mainly based on fish.
