Pizzocchero sferico con polenta croccante e salsa di verza

Everybody knows pizzoccheri - handmade buck-wheat maltagliati cooked with vegetables and richly dressed with local cheese, butter, garlic and sage. It is a local speciality that our chef has revived preparing it shaped and made like a sort of breaded arancino filled with local alp cheese from the Orobiche Mountains and dished out with crispy polenta and creamy cabbage sauce. Indulge in some local red wine from the Retiche Mountains to enjoy this tasty dish!
