Cavedano - Chub is a fresh-water fish underestimated in spite of its tenderness. It is just a question of processing; in fact, Chub frittelle – fritters processed with fresh thyme, orange and lemon zests - are delicious. The dish is served with a side dish of sweet-and-sour vegetables and crunchy Storo polenta crisps. This corn is specially produced in Storo, located in the Chiese Valley.
