This dish handed down for three generations is a sort of gastronomic memento based on the family traditions and on the quality of the fresh products from the Varese Valley. Venanzio, a long-experienced chef, has long worked in Italy and abroad. Like his grandfather, he is highly skilled. His top-level cuisine offers products in season, from asparagus to pumpkin, from mushrooms to truffles, and from pork to bolliti.

Induno Olona is the gateway to the lush green Valganna and the Campo dei Fiori Park in the background. This wild area recalls the pleasure of excursions ending at Venanzio’s. It was 1922 when the Pedrinellis took over a sort of grocer’s shop serving light and simple meals. The restaurant still located in the same lovely Art-Nouveau building offers a top rate menu and 350 wines in the wine-list....
