Umbria

Umbria is a land of ancient beauty, hymned by travellers down the ages, where the carefully tended farms with their vineyards and olive groves are just as picturesque as the green of untrammelled nature.
The harmony of the countryside is reflected in the harmony of its towns and farmhouses, the latter clustering around their churches and palazzos, the former dotting the rolling fields and hills. It is a land that also faithfully upholds its traditions in cooking.
