Sfogliatina porcini e spinaci

This is a dish mushroom gourmets will be delighted with. As it is a simple recipe, it wants ingredients of excellence: porcini, first of all, from the valley where the most savoured porcini are picked, then fresh and early spinach. As far as butter is concerned, it must be from the mountain dairies. Finally, the sfoglia – pastry - must have a proper texture to enhance the chef’s expertise.
