The Garda Lake Bass plays the leading role in this prestigious savoury dish. We use small bass so as to get fleshy fillets. Our special breadcrumb coating comprising the local produce such as the citron-rinds from the Benacense citron-trees and the thyme from Monte Baldo enhances the taste of the fillets. Our local Lugana Doc wine from the Peschiera and Sirmione hills will add flavour to the dish.
