Paraggi a small seaside resort lies on the Costa dei Delfini Bay midway between Santa Margherita and Portofino. The Inn is located in an old fishing house close to the beach. On the ground floor that used to be a boathouse, there is the restaurant decorated with fishing devices. It houses 20 guests who may also enjoy our porch overlooking the sea. The Chiesa family proudly keeps the profoundly rooted local traditions alive.

Calamaro presuntuoso

Calamari belongs to the historical traditional cuisine of the Liguria Sea, and the local recipe enhances the calamari taste. It is called ‘puffed-up’ because the calamari filled with its tentacles finely chopped, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and borage to make its flavour more intense is simmered in a tomato sauce until tender. A glass of local delicate white wine perfectly copes with this dish.
