Everybody knows the Emerald Coast, one of the most magnifi cent coasts in Sardinia: granite rocks sculpted by the wind and the colour of the sea that justifies the reference to such a precious stone. As for Palau, it is the embankment port to Maddalena Archipelago, another paradise. A real test combining the two hearts of Gallura, rocky sea and farming land where Vermentino of Sardegna is produced –don’t miss the golden opportunity of sipping it! It is a white wine slightly scented, whiffs of apple and flowers, round taste, a zest of bitter, standard proof spirit, and ageing improves it.
