Silvi Alta is an old town from the hills of Teramo, where at a glance you can see from the Adriatic to Gran Sasso: just below is Marina with its beautiful beaches; and in the hinterland you can go up to picturesque villages like Loreto Aprutino and Penne. The restaurant is just rustic enough to live up to the tradition that it wants to represent.
