The Guide

To find out more about the Buon Ricordo restaurants and their specialities consult our Guide, which each year presents our restaurants, their cuisine, the history of the families that run them and a host of other useful information. The restaurants are grouped by region. New members, new dishes and new “Buon Ricordo” plates are all highlighted: Buon Ricordo rules offer restaurant-owners the option of presenting a new speciality as the restaurant’s signature dish every five years. The Guide also contains a list of hotels with Buon Ricordo restaurants. The Guide is available free of charge from member restaurants and can also be consulted on this website.
